- Upload a PDF with each page set to the sheet size you order (A3, A2, A1 or A0), so drawings print at their intended scale. If a page is a different size, we check with you before printing it.
- Check that fine lines and small text are legible at the printed size.
- In black & white, colours print as shades of grey: check that coloured lines and hatching can still be told apart.
- The number of sheets you choose must match the pages in your PDF.
How long will my order take?
Production is counted in working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays) from when you approve your artwork. The ready-by date shown above is an estimate for the turnaround you choose; the standard turnaround is 3 working days.
Will you check my artwork?
Yes. Before anything is printed we check your file, including its page count and page sizes, and tell you if something needs fixing.
Will I see a proof?
Yes. You approve a proof before we print, and nothing goes to print until you do.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, collection is free from 150 Barking Rd, London E16 1EN (Mon–Sat 9:30am–5:30pm; Sunday closed). We let you know when it is ready.
Do you deliver?
Yes. UK delivery is a flat £4.99 per order, added at checkout. Orders are dispatched when they are ready; delivery dates shown are estimates.
Do prices include VAT?
Choose whether prices are shown including or excluding VAT. The VAT treatment depends on the product and its use and is confirmed in your quote.
