No design software? Some products can be designed in your browser. Pick your options first, then choose “Design it online”.
Not every product or option can be designed online yet. The product page shows when it can; otherwise upload a file or ask our designer.

Checked before printing
- We check every file before it prints. If something needs fixing, we hold the job and tell you.
- Colours on paper and fabric can look different from your screen; we flag anything noticeable.

What file should I send?
A PDF is best, as it keeps your fonts and layout. We also accept common image files. Each product page lists what that product needs, and we check every file before it prints.
Can you design it for me?
Yes. Send us a design brief with your text, logo and any examples you like. We reply to confirm what you will get before any work starts.
Do prices include VAT?
Choose whether prices are shown including or excluding VAT. The VAT treatment depends on the product and its use and is confirmed in your quote.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, from our shop at 150 Barking Rd, London, E16 1EN. Please call ahead to arrange a time.
