- Add 3 mm bleed on every edge and keep text 3 mm inside the trim.
- PDF preferred, 300 dpi images, fonts embedded or outlined. We check every file before printing.
- We print in CMYK. Bright RGB colours (especially vivid blues and greens) can look slightly duller on paper; we flag anything noticeable at the artwork check.

How long will my order take?
Production is counted in working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays) from when you approve your artwork. The ready-by date shown above is an estimate for the turnaround you choose; the standard turnaround is 3 working days.
Will you check my artwork?
Yes. Before anything is printed we check resolution, bleed, safe area, colour and fonts, and tell you if something needs fixing.
Will I see a proof?
Yes. You approve a proof before we print, and nothing goes to print until you do.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, collection is free from 150 Barking Rd, London E16 1EN (Mon–Sat 9:30am–5:30pm; Sunday closed). We let you know when it is ready.
Do you deliver?
Yes. UK delivery is a flat £4.99 per order, added at checkout. Orders are dispatched when they are ready; delivery dates shown are estimates.
Do prices include VAT?
Choose whether prices are shown including or excluding VAT. The VAT treatment depends on the product and its use and is confirmed in your quote.

Foil business cards
SAMPLE COPY: 450gsm business cards with gold, silver, rose gold, copper or holographic foil, made by our trade foiling partner. Artwork (PROPOSED, pending the printer's spec): put the foil areas on a separate spot colour named "Foil" (100% tint, vector only).
