- No artwork needed: tell us what to design, the text to include, your colours and any examples you like.
- Deliverables: the concepts you choose above. We confirm the final files you receive (for example a print-ready PDF) when we reply to your brief.
- Revisions: we confirm how many rounds of changes are included when we reply to your brief.
- Work starts once you have sent your brief and paid by the shop's payment link; the turnaround is counted from then.
How long will my order take?
Production is counted in working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays) from when we confirm your job. The ready-by date shown above is an estimate for the turnaround you choose; the standard turnaround is 3 working days.
What do I get?
Our designer confirms the files you receive and the rounds of changes included when replying to your brief.
Will I see the design before it is final?
Yes. You see the concepts and can ask for changes before the design is final. If we then print it, you approve a print proof separately.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, collection is free from 150 Barking Rd, London E16 1EN (Mon–Sat 9:30am–5:30pm; Sunday closed). We let you know when it is ready.
Do you deliver?
Yes. UK delivery is a flat £4.99 per order, added at checkout. Orders are dispatched when they are ready; delivery dates shown are estimates.
Do prices include VAT?
Choose whether prices are shown including or excluding VAT. The VAT treatment depends on the product and its use and is confirmed in your quote.
