How can we help?

How ordering works

1. Choose a product and its options. The price shown is for exactly those options and is held for a limited time.
2. Upload your artwork, or design it online where the product offers that. Not sure? Send us a design brief.
3. Check the proof and approve it.
4. Add it to your basket and check out. You don’t need an account; you can order as a guest.
5. Choose collection from our shop or delivery, review your order and pay by card.

If a price runs out before you check out, the basket asks you to get a new price from the product page. You always see the price before you pay.

Artwork check

Our team checks every file before it prints: size, bleed, resolution at the final size, fonts and colour space. If anything needs changing, we contact you, and you approve the corrected proof before we print.

What to send differs by product. See the artwork guidelines, or the artwork guide on each product page for the options you choose.

Proofs

The proof shows your file as it will be printed. Check the text, images and position carefully: your approval applies to that exact version of your file.

Where a product shows a 2D or 3D preview, the preview helps with placement; it is not the production proof.

Payment: authorised first, taken after the artwork check

When you place your order, your card is authorised for the order total. The money is held on your card but not taken yet. Your bank may show it as pending.

We take (capture) the payment once your artwork has passed our check.

Your order page shows which of these has happened: authorised, payment received, cancelled or refunded. If a payment did not go through, please contact us before trying again, so you are not charged twice.

Collection and delivery

Collect free from our shop at 150 Barking Rd, London, E16 1EN. Opening hours: Mon–Sat 9:30am–5:30pm; Sunday closed.

Your orders

Signed in? Your account lists your orders. Each order page shows payment, artwork check and production separately, and only what our systems have recorded.

Ordered as a guest? Use the link in your order email, or contact us with your order number and email address.

Forgotten your password? Use “Forgotten your password?” on the sign-in page, or contact us.
