- Engraving marks the material in a single tone. It is not colour printing, so the colours in your logo become one engraved tone.
- A vector PDF of your logo or text works best. Fine detail and very small text may not engrave clearly; we tell you if so.
- We confirm the engraving area and placement with you before we start.
How long will my order take?
Production is counted in working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays) from when we confirm your job. The ready-by date shown above is an estimate for the turnaround you choose; the standard turnaround is 3 working days.
Will you check my item?
Yes. We check that the item and its material suit laser engraving, and confirm the price, engraving area and placement with you before we start.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, collection is free from 150 Barking Rd, London E16 1EN (Mon–Sat 9:30am–5:30pm; Sunday closed). We let you know when it is ready.
Do you deliver?
Yes. UK delivery is a flat £4.99 per order, added at checkout. Orders are dispatched when they are ready; delivery dates shown are estimates.
Do prices include VAT?
Choose whether prices are shown including or excluding VAT. The VAT treatment depends on the product and its use and is confirmed in your quote.
